Women in Motorsports: Mental Health Awareness

I go more into this, the societal issues that cause this problem, and my thoughts on reform in the podcast:
If you want to listen on other platforms go to https://racewifeunfiltered.podbean.com to find all of the platforms we are on or you can do it the old-fashioned way and type the name in on the platforms you use but make sure you subscribe/follow on the platform of your choice!

Take a screenshot and DM us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for a chance to be featured at the end of an episode!
Also, feel free to check out the Women in Motorsport Commission website and this Sociological Survey that they did that goes into detail about the diversity and inclusion of UK motorsports: https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files/cdes_sociological_survey_v3.pdf. Many of the stereotypes and issues that are mentioned in this survey explain factors that could cater to mental health issues within women in motorsports in any area.
